Day 1: Hanoi – Arrival (-/-/-)
Welcome to Hanoi, Vietnam !
You will be met with our local guide upon arrival at Hanoi International Airport, then transfer to the hotel for check-in. Time at leisure. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 2: Hanoi Discovery (B/L/-)
Discover Hanoi - the charming capital of Vietnam today: Hanoi Walking Tour
The Museum of Ethnology displays the replicas of 54 ethnic minorities living in Vietnam, inaugurated by Mr Jacques Chirac - French President in November 1997 whilst attending 7th Summit of Francophonie. Afterwards, head out to Hoa Lo prison famed “Hanoi Hilton” during the Vietnam War.
Lunch at local restaurant.
Enjoy an exciting walking tour in the Hanoi Old quarter: French colonial quarter, Saint Joseph Cathedral, Hanoi Opera, Ngoc Son Temple, Hoan Kiem Lake and narrow streets to indulge into the bustling daily life of local people.
Attend a performance of water puppet show. 
Back to your hotel for relaxation. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 3: Hanoi – Halong Bay (B/L/D)
08:00 AM depart for Halong bay, 160km east of Hanoi, listed as World Heritage Area by Unesco in 1994.Halong Bay, Vietnam
12:30 we board a traditional junk style to discover the 8th World Wonder where the movie "Indochine" was realized with Catherine Deneuve, French star in the 1990's.
Lunch on boat with fresh seafood. It is time to unwind and relax on the sun deck through the most beautiful landscapes with more than 3,000 islands and limestone islets, rising from the emerald water. Visit a natural cave, the most picturesque grotto in Halong Bay. Swimming if the weather permits and relaxing on the deck. Dinner & Overnight aboard.

Note: If you'd love to relax far away from the crowded Halong Bay, Lan Ha Bay - Cat Ba Island will be a good choix.

Day 4: Halong Bay – Hanoi (B/L/-)
06:30 Enjoy Tai Chi session on sundeck.
07:00 – 07:30 Coffee & tea with assorted homemade pastries, fresh juices
07:30 – 08:30 Relax or visit Sung Sot Cave – Hiking up and down 600 steps to the magnificent limestone formations of the most beautiful and biggest cave in Halong Bay.Halong Bay, Vietnam
09:30 Check-out cabins and settle bills.
10:00 The Brunch will be served while your junk is cruising back to the pier.
11:00 Disembark & Drive to Hanoi. Visit a workshop of potteries en route.
Transfer to hotel for check-in. Leisure time. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 5: Hanoi – Hue (B/L/-)
Morning flight to Hue.
Meet our guide at Hue Airport and transfer to hotel for check-in.
Enjoy a Hue special lunch at Zen House: 
To experience the distinctive and delicious dishes and beverages that are created from freshly organic herbs and products grown in the complex and to enjoy foods in the pure and elegant environment.

Day 6: Hue Discovery (B/L/-)
Today, it's time to explore Hue, the former Royal city of the 13 ruling Nguyen dynasties: visit the Imperial Citadel and Forbidden city, Tu Duc King' mausoleum and Dong Ba market. 
Enjoy a relaxing boat trip on the Perfume River to discover Thien Mu pagoda, the wonderful architectural structures for religious worship in Hue. Lunch at local restaurant. 
We continue our journey to the village producing conical hats to watch the artisan’s daily works. Back to the hotel for refreshment. Accommodation in Hue.

Day 7: Hue – Hoian (B/L/-)Students in Ao Dai clothe in Hue
Depart for Danang.
The scenic 3 hours drive via Hai Van (Clouds) pass offers spectacular views of mountains, the sea, idyllic beaches and villages.
Visit Cham museum and the marble mountain on the way.
We continue further south to the charming historic city of Hoian.
Upon arrival, check-in at hotel. Accommodation in Hoian.

Day 8: Hoian – My Son (B/L/-)
Discover Hoian ancient town, known to early Western merchants, the city was one of the major trading centers of South East Asia in the 16th century. Hoian has a distinctive Chinese atmosphere with low, tiled-roof houses and narrow streets. Many of the houses were constructed of rare timbers and decorated with lacquer panels engraved with Chinese characters and pillars carved with ornamental designs. Cycling in Hoian Old Town
Visit historic merchants and community houses, places of worship and Japanese covered bridge, Hoian market.

Depart for My Son (60 km from Hoian). My Son was the royal city of Cham Empire between 4 – 16th centuries, listed as UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1999.
My Son Valley was the spiritual centre of the ancient Cham civilization, in the same way as Angkor Wat in Cambodia, Borobudur in Indonesia and Pagan in Myanmar. A religious sanctuary since the 4th century, its history is reflected in the temples and towers that remain. It is also the home of the museum of Cham sculpture, which records the development of the culture and history of the Cham people through their elaborate sculptures and carvings.

Day 9: Hoian Cooking Class – Tra Que village - Danang – Saigon (B/L/-)
Enjoy a cruise on Thu Bon river to head out Noi Rang market.Cooking Class in Hoian
You get inside local lifestyle, learn about traditional fishing methods there. Noi Rang market is one of the oldest markets of Hoi An, it has 300 years old and so a long story. During the 17th century, it was only an area of garden product exchanges for the few people who were living here. Gradually, the region was more and more populated so that exchanges of fresh products increased a lot in this place. The villagers decided to create a real market called Noi Rang. This is an authentic market, where no other tourist ever came before, you buy with our guide the necessary food and ingredients for cooking lesson you will use to cook delightful Vietnamese dishes on our floating restaurant. You have lunch with what you prepared and cooked.

Explore Tra Que village which is famous for its aromatic herbs and fresh vegetables. You can join in the daily works of farmers to grow the legumes and spicy plants. Besides, you also have chance to explore the typical and narrow roads along the countryside, see water buffalos rice paddle fields and realize how friendly people are. Tra Que Village in Hoian

Transfer to Danang Airport for flight to Saigon/ Hochiminh city.
Meet on arrival at Saigon Airport, drive to the hotel for check - in. Leisure time. Overnight in Saigon/ Hochiminh city.

Day 10: Saigon – Cuchi Tunnels (B/L/-)
Today we head out to Cu Chi Tunnels, 60 km from Saigon city centre.
At its height, the tunnel system stretched from Saigon to Cambodian border and was three levels deep. There are more than 200km of underground tunnels, consisting of a main axis system with many branches connecting to underground hideouts, shelters and other tunnels. The remaining tunnels have become a major tourist attraction giving the visitor a unique experience and a feel of what underground life in the war must have been like. Cuchi tunnels
Back to Hochiminh city. Lunch at local restaurant.
PM: Discover Hochiminh city (formerly Saigon whose name is still called by local people), the biggest economic center in the country: visit Opera house, Notre Dame cathedral, Central Post Office, War Remnants Museum, a lacquer workshop. 
Overnight in Saigon/Hochiminh city.

Day 11: Saigon – Ben Tre – Mekong Delta (B/L/-)
08:00AM depart from Saigon to Ben Tre, one of the country's southern provinces, situated in the Delta of the Mekong River.
Take in the highway as you leave behind the busy city. Pass Rach Mieu bridge before reaching Huu Dinh hamlet. Get on a tri-motor cycle (xe loi) ride to enjoy the lush surroundings of rice paddies and fruit farms alongside the narrow village roads. Arrive at the waterfront, board the charming Mango Cruise for a Cruise in Mekong Delta, Ben Tre glimpse at the delta scenery while enjoying coconut juice. First stop for a visit at the coconut processing, then back to your cruise and the cruise will stop at a brick making shop, where the locals still use centuries-old traditional methods to make the bricks by hand where you will start a Bicycle trip around Phong Nam village around 4km, through gardens and stop at the a rice noodles factory “hu tieu”, one of most popular breakfast dishes in the region. Walk about 3 minutes to visit at Mrs. Huong’s home. Her family live on fishing, shrimp and farming. Enjoy the tropical fruits and honey tea in her garden before taking the rowing  sampan, be paddled by a personalized rower trip to discover the maze of small canals.
Then rowing you back to your mango boat and head to Mango home restaurant, enjoy your 5 course lunch and freshen up before switch to a bicycle and ride 500m about 4 minutes (or 7-10 minutes walk) on village roads past green gardens and local houses, and stop at another local house of Mr Sau Tuong, a former Vietcong soldier who survived two years fighting the Khmer Cruise in Ben Tre, Tien Giang, VietnamRouge in Phnom Penh. Now he and his wife live on making rice paper which is the most famous specialty of My Long village. Have a chat with him and enjoy the crispy rice paper made by his wife, and see how it is made and then continue to visit the nearby house of Mr Hung, who is a famous sticky rice maker in the village. You can also feed his stock of catfish and walk through his fruit garden.After the visit, the boat will be waiting for you at the pier nearby to bring you back to Ben Tre city where your car will be ready to take you back to Saigon for overnight.

Day 12: Saigon – Departure (B/-/-)

Leisure time until transfer to HCM/ Tan Son Nhat International Airport for departure flight or extension to Angkor Wat temples.
