Mr and Mrs Kelton have just come back, and have come into the office and told us what a wonderful time they had. They were very impressed with all the arrangements that were made, and were particularly pleased with the standard of care they received, especially when Denise was ill.
They asked me to make special mention of their guide “Thomas” who looked after them in Hanoi, Halong Bay, and Sapa: all the guides were very good, but he in particular was very caring.
Thank you so very much for taking such good care of my clients: I hope to use your services again in the future!
