Ba Be Lake - Ban Gioc

Day 1: Hanoi – Ba Be lake (-/L/D)
07:30AM Meet our local tour guide at the lobby of your hotel.
Depart for Ba Be lake, 250km north of Hanoi. We drive throughout Viet Tri, Thai Nguyen, Bac Kan provinces with stunning landscapes of rice fields, green tea, green palm trees etc...
Upon arrival, enjoy a cruise on Babe lake to visit Mystic Pond (Ao Tien), Puong cave, Dau Dang waterfall. Afterwards, check  in at Tay family house. Tonight, we are hosts of Tay people. Homestay at Pac Ngoi village.

Day 2: Ba Be – Ban Gioc waterfall – Cao Bang (B/L/-)
Disembark and depart for Cao Bang (120 km – 3hours).
Lunch on the way.
We leave Cao Bang for Ban Gioc waterfall (100km approximately – 2h30).
Ban Gioc waterfall is the extreme point of Vietnam and borderline with China.
Contemplate the waterfall.
Then we return to Cao Bang. On the way, visit Nguom Ngao grottos and a village of Nung people.
Back to the hotel late in the afternoon. Leisure time. Overnight in Cao Bang.

Day 3: Cao Bang – Lang Son – Do temples – Hanoi (B/L/-)
Breakfast at hotel,
Depart for Lang Son on the national road N4 via Dong Khe and That Khe which were battlefields between Viet Minh and French soldiers in 1949 – 1951.
Visit To Thi legendary site and Tam Thanh grottoes which are untouched by mass tourism.
 Continue our drive back to Hanoi with a stopover at Do temple in Bac Ninh province where 9 emperors of Ly dynasty are honored.
Upon arrival in Hanoi, transfer to your hotel for check in. Leisure time.
Accommodation in Hanoi is excluded.
